While watching Wisconsin’s start to the 2021 season hasn’t been the most enjoyable experience, there are some former Badgers in the NFL that are off to hot starts.
One minor surprise, however, has been a semi-slow start by Wisconsin legend and current Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor.
After finishing his rookie season with 1169 rushing yards, 299 receiving yards and 12 total touchdowns, Taylor entered the Colts’ Week 4 contest against the Miami Dolphins without a touchdown on his stat sheet.
That changed before halftime as Taylor took a handoff from Colts QB Carson Wentz, found a gap and exploded through the defense for a 23-yard score.
