Many have predicted Ruggs to run under a 4.3, including teammate Trevon Diggs who predicts Ruggs will run a 4.20.
Regardless, Ruggs is predicted to go in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, and will have plenty of chances to show off his speed in the NFL.
In his career at Alabama, Ruggs had 1,716 yards receiving and 24 TDs. As a kick off returner, he also had 12 returns for 286 yards .
