The NFL has officially changed the way they will kick the ball off.
The new kickoff rules were eventually passed at the NFL owners meetings this past week. Former NFL VP of officiating Dean Blandino explained ahead of it being passed what those updates might be.
As many know, it’s very much related to the XFL. The minor football league introduced it first and now the NFL is taking a turn with it.
Blandino answered plenty of questions on the new rules during an appearance on the Bills’ television show, One Bills Live.
