No. 1 Alabama has controlled the running game for the entirety of the first half against No. 4 Cincinnati. Moments ago Bryce Young connected a 44-yard touchdown pass to freshman wide receiver Ja’Corey Brooks.
Brooks is coming on strong in the absence of John Metchie. Brooks is Alabama’s leading receiver in the first half with 68 yards on three catches.
So far Young is 12-20 for 130 yards and two touchdowns.
