Veteran backup quarterback Sean Mannion is reportedly returning to the Minnesota Vikings on a one-year deal, per the Pioneer Press’ Chris Tomasson.
Mannion, 29, has plenty of experience as a backup, and he is also considered Kirk Cousins’ best study buddy in the QB room.
He started in the Vikings’ Week 17 loss to the Green Bay Packers after Cousins tested positive for COVID-19.
