Vikings ranked the third most needy team for Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence

Do you think the Minnesota Vikings will draft Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence?

After the Dolphins won Thursday, there are now 10 0-2 teams in the NFL, and fans of those teams are already wondering if they should just tank.

Doing so might land them Trevor Lawrence, a Clemson quarterback who is considered by many to be the best prospect in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Our friends at Draft Wire recently ranked the teams that need Trevor Lawrence the most. The outlet ranked Minnesota third. Here’s what it said about the Vikings:

“Kirk Cousins just ain’t it. I don’t know how else to say it. Yes, he’s locked in for a truckload of guaranteed money over the next two seasons, so there’s no chance the Vikings move on from him anytime soon. But Lawrence would be an immediate upgrade if he joined the roster next offseason.”

If the Vikings were so bad that they were able to be in the position to draft Lawrence, I say do it. But for now, I don’t think they’ll be able get the No. 1 overall pick, and I’m sure the team will draft someone other than a quarterback.
