BYU (-3000) is going to win this game, make no mistake. However, you cannot risk 30 times your potential return, or in other words, you can’t risk $100 for just a $3.33 profit.
AVOID.
Against the spread
BYU -23.5 (-117) has been a little dinged up. WR Gunner Romney is poised to return after suffering a lacerated kidney in camp. WR Puka Nacua is dealing with a lower leg injury, and is questionable. WR Chase Roberts is questionable due to an undisclosed injury but is expected to play.
However, even if I were starting for the Cougars, BYU would dominate this game and win going away. Utah State is awful.
Over/Under
The UNDER 60.5 (-110) is the LEAN in this Beehive State rivalry game.
The Cougars have some injury issues at receiver, so they may turn to the run game more. Running means the clock gets chewed up, favoring the Under. Utah State can’t be trusted to score much, as QB Logan Bonner has really struggled and been mistake-prone.
