USC at Arizona odds, picks and predictions

Analyzing Saturday’s USC at Arizona odds and lines, with college football expert picks, predictions and best bets.

The USC Trojans (6-1, 4-1 Pac-12) take on the Arizona Wildcats (3-4, 1-3) Saturday at Arizona Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET (Pac-12 Network). Below, we analyze Tipico Sportsbook‘s lines around the USC vs. Arizona odds, and make our expert college football picks and predictions.

The chance at an undefeated season ended for the Trojans 2 weeks ago in a 43-42 loss to Utah, though they managed to cover the 3.5-point spread. USC has defeated Arizona 9 straight times and the program will look to extend its winning streak over its Pac-12 adversary on Saturday.

It has been a roller-coaster season for the Wildcats as they come off 2 straight losses for the 1st time this season, losing to Washington and Oregon. Arizona hasn’t fared well in conference games thus far, but they’ll look to pull off the massive upset on Saturday at home.

USC is No. 11 in the AFCA Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports.

USC at Arizona picks and predictions

Prediction

USC 45, Arizona 27

Moneyline

Go ahead and PASS on the moneyline in this game with the Trojans being massive favorites on the road. USC should be able to come away with the win, but taking them straight up isn’t worth the risk considering the minimal return you’ll receive.

Against the spread

TROJANS -15.5 (-110) is an enticing wager as USC should have no issues moving the ball with QB Caleb Williams at the helm. Meanwhile, Arizona QB Jayden De Laura has struggled with turnovers at times, which could lead to more possessions for the Trojans.

The Wildcats are 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games following a bye week and they are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 home games against a team with a winning road record.

Over/Under

It’s fun to root for the Over in every single game because who doesn’t love more scoring? That being said, UNDER 76.5 (-112) is where I’m going in this game with it being such a lofty number to reach.

The Under has hit in each of the last 4 meetings between the Trojans and the Wildcats when the game was in Arizona. On top of that, the Under has hit in 6 of the last 8 meetings overall.
