As usual, Oklahoma is in the top spot, coming in as the favorites. Since the Big 12 Championship game was reintroduced in 2017, the Sooners have won three conference titles.

Oklahoma -110

Texas +130

Oklahoma State +800

Iowa State +1600

Baylor +2500

West Virginia +2500

Kansas State +3500

Looking past the Longhorns, the gap between them and the third favorite Oklahoma State is large. The Cowboys have optimism for the upcoming season with star wide receiver Tylan Wallace and running back Chubba Hubbard returning after foregoing the 2020 NFL Draft.

Kansas is going into year two of Les Miles but still find themselves with the worst chance to win the Big 12 this upcoming season. Texas Tech is not too far behind, as both programs have a steep climb towards a championship.

Making the Big 12 title game in 2018, Tom Herman and his staff have the expectation to at least make it back there this season. Winning the game will be the ultimate goal, but first, the Longhorns must improve on their 5-4 conference record from last season.
