Twitter responds to Ohio State parent, fan, Big Ten protest rally at the ‘Shoe

Many tied to Ohio State reacted to the protest of the Big Ten’s decision to postpone the football season. They took to Twitter.

Yesterday, Ohio State football parents staged a rally at the Horseshoe to continue the protest of the Big Ten’s decision to postpone the fall football season. This time though, instead of just parents, Buckeye fans — that looked to number a couple of hundred — showed up to offer support.

Many of the parents took turns speaking, fans held signs, and the group railed against the Big Ten in a peaceful way. It was another push against conference commissioner Kevin Warren and university presidents’ seemingly premature and non-transparent decision to shelve football while other colleges, high schools, and even youth push forward.

Afterward, Twitter was ablaze with reactions from those in Buckeye Nation and we’ve grabbed some of the best reactions for your perusing pleasure.
