Well, here’s something we haven’t seen in a while … The Ohio State offense is sputtering just a bit and it’s the OSU defense that is carrying the team against an Iowa team that can make you work on every offensive possession.
The Buckeyes just intercepted another pass to make it three turnovers on the day vs. the Hawkeyes. This time it was Tommy Eichenberg with the pick deep in Iowa territory and scampered the short distance for the score. The defensive touchdown gave Ohio State some cushion extending the lead to 16 points heading into halftime.
