The Los Angeles Rams shocked everyone on Wednesday with a surprise release of their new uniforms. There was no build-up or teaser shared ahead of time, but instead, just a tweet shared by the team.
They do resemble the team’s throwbacks somewhat, particularly the royal and yellow set, but the “bone” gray away uniform is definitely different and out of the ordinary.
NFL fans and media members on Twitter shared their immediate reactions, the majority of whom did not care for the Rams’ new look. Here’s how Twitter reacted to the unveiling.
I love these. Very clean design. https://t.co/cDLYQRgoap

some detail: the "bone on bone" color scheme was actually a tribute to todd gurley's knee and they decided to keep it after he was cut. pic.twitter.com/hwtlOPjHYq

You ruined the helmet. Most recognizable part of the team. 🤦🏻♂️ I need to lie down.
