The Rams didn’t re-sign Morgan Fox and they traded Michael Brockers to the Lions, opening a hole along the defensive line at the end position. They filled it on Saturday afternoon in the fourth round, selecting Bobby Brown III from Texas A&M.
Brown will compete for reps at defensive end and possibly even nose tackle as a rookie, joining the likes of Sebastian Joseph-Day and A’Shawn Robinson in that rotation. Brown isn’t a recognizable name to some Rams fans, but Twitter seemed mostly excited about the selection by Los Angeles at pick 117.
Sheesh Bobby brown is a Hoss

Rams draft Texas A&M defensive tackle Bobby Brown. Looks like he’ll be a disrupter in the middle. Hopefully fills the void for Brockers.

Really like Bobby Brown and Elerson Smith picks. Would've loved both for the Bengals.

"Brown is long, strong & big. He has the tools to become a quality NT for the Rams, but his consistency & recklessness are worrisome. He recorded pass-rush grades of 70.6 & 66.1 in his 2 years playing along the interior for the Aggies after featuring as an ED in his 1st year" pic.twitter.com/6zW0wJuUmR

Bobby Brown III a favorite for me and someone I thought would appeal to the #Packers. Not surprised the Rams, who play a similar defensive scheme, snagged him.
Expecting Green Bay to try to find some iDL help today.
