C.J. Stroud is picking up right where he left off last season against Michigan State’s poor pass defense. Stroud has now thrown three touchdowns and we’re barely just into the second quarter as Ohio State looks to win its first road contest of the year.
The latest touchdown pass came on a beautiful toss to an open Julian Fleming for a 51-yard strike. Fleming had to use some speed as he raced to the endzone before being dragged down while crossing the goal line to put the Buckeyes up 21-7.
