On Thursday, Tua Tagovailoa sat down with USA Today’s Mackenzie Salmon and shared an update on his hip and how his recovery is progressing.
“I think that (a timeline on being healthy) is hard… I don’t think I would be able to tell you, but we are looking at the CT scan that I have in two weeks.. that would be three months )since the injury)..and depending on how good that looks, then we get the feedback where okay.. you’re right on track, or we need to wait a little longer….”
Salmon also took time to share a special message from former Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino who said, “he’s a much better college player than I ever was.”
Tua made it clear though, he’s just getting started.
“I haven’t even done anything yet.”
Oh, but you have Tua. And I can say this…. EVERYONE is looking forward to seeing what you can do in the NFL!
Roll Tide!
