Trevor Lawrence, Clemson win ACC title with rematch blowout of Notre Dame

Trevor Lawrence led Clemson to their sixth straight ACC title with a dominant win over Notre Dame

When Notre Dame took down Clemson earlier this year, there was an obvious absence on the Tigers’ side of things.

This time around, quarterback Trevor Lawrence was back in the lineup, and his presence was every bit as noticeable as the Tigers got revenge on the Fighting Irish with a 34-10 blowout win in the ACC title game Saturday.

Lawrence threw for 322 yards and ran for 90 more, scoring three touchdowns as the Tigers won the ACC for the sixth year in a row.

The victory should lock up a spot in the College Football Playoff for Clemson, while Lawrence is likely looking at the final games of his college football career before becoming the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft.
