Tosin Babalade is done with his official visits, the four-star offensive lineman now closing in on a decision in the next couple of weeks.
A standout offensive lineman at DeMatha Catholic (Hyattsville, MD), Babalade took an official visit to in-state Maryland over the weekend. Earlier in the week, he had an official visit to Rutgers football.
Ranked a four-star in the 247Sports Composite and the No. 26 offensive tackle in the nation, Babalade has taken all five of his official visits. His prior visits were to Ohio State, North Carolina and South Carolina.
On North Carolina, Babalade said he liked that the Tar Heels are “in a great area.” What stuck out to him about his recent official visit was “The facility and just great people.”

In terms of his recruitment as a whole, one of the biggest factors, he tells RutgersWire on Sunday, is seeing the field.
“Definitely playing time,” Babalade said.
“I just want to get better, I just want to get to the next level. I don’t mind sitting, waiting for a little. I just don’t want to wait that long. I just want to keep getting better every year.”
Babalade hasn’t made a decision yet but he said that his five official visits are his final group of programs for his college choice.
