No. 3 – Overtime win vs Notre Dame in 2016
With Head Coach Charlie Strong, Texas struggled in their first two seasons. With No. 10 Notre Dame coming into Austin in 2016, the Longhorns pulled off an overtime win. At the time, it was seen as a victory that would propel the Longhorns back to where they were during the Vince Young and Colt McCoy days.
