LSU didn’t get the result it was hoping for on the road, falling to Alabama 42-28 in Week 10 on Saturday night as the team’s College Football Playoff hopes officially ended, as likely did its hopes of returning to the SEC Championship in Atlanta.
With that loss, LSU is one of the biggest fallers in this week’s US LBM Coaches Poll. While this team could have pushed into the top 10 with a win, instead the Tigers are tumbling down the rankings.
They still remain in the top 20, however, as several ranked teams dropped out including Air Force, UCLA and USC. Here’s the full top 25 in the coaches poll after Week 10.
