Thunder announce Ousmane Dieng suffered wrist fracture, expected to return by training camp

Ousmane Dieng is expected to be ready by the beginning of the season.

The Oklahoma City Thunder announced on Friday that rookie forward Ousmane Dieng suffered a slight chip fracture on his wrist and will miss the remainder of Summer League but is expected to make a full recovery by training camp.

This news comes after Dieng had his best Summer League showing last game out against the Sacramento Kings as he scored 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting as one of the lead ball-handlers.

The Thunder also announced that Tre Mann suffered a left ankle sprain and is ruled out for Friday’s Summer League game against the Golden State Warriors. Mann left the last game due to an ankle injury and was not able to return.
