Wieskamp would be the best player on many teams in the Big Ten, but the excellent season he is having has flown under the radar with the emergence of Garza.

The 6-6 sophomore from Muscatine, Iowa has leveled up after earning Big Ten All-Freshman a year ago, ranking No. 8 in the conference in scoring average while driving drilling 39.4 percent of his looks from long range. However, Wieskamp is much more than just a shooter: he excels at  slashing to the rim and getting to the line, and he rebounds his position very well, trailing only Garza for Iowa’s lead in rebounds per game.

Wieskamp has scored at least 16 points in eight of his last ten, and is coming off a performance against Rutgers in which he put up 18 to go along with four assists and four rebounds.
