Edina Hornets Boys Hockey (Edina, MN)
Great high school hockey in Minnesota has been happening before the 1950s, so you had to figure the powerhouse teams would come from there (or somewhere nearby). And there are more than just one: Duluth East, Breck, and even Eveleth can lay some claim throughout history. But none of them can keep up with the Edina Hornets. The team has won 10 state titles since the 1960s, the first coming in 1969. And in a region where hockey is the perennially ultra-competitive, Edina has maintained a strong program, fishing in the top 20 consistently—21 times since the modern era began in 1994.
