One of the top players in the 2024 recruiting class has set a commitment date.
Five-star edge Jordan Ross is set to announce his decision on Monday, Aug. 21. The finalists left in his recruitment are Texas, Alabama, Tennessee and Florida.
Ross is the No. 1 overall recruit in Alabama and the No. 2 edge in the country, according to 247Sports. If the Longhorns land the massive commitment from Ross, Texas would end up with the top two edge recruits in the country for the 2024 cycle.
On3’s recruiting prediction machine shows Tennessee as the slight favorite.
