As you might imagine, Arch Manning is certainly regarded as one of the better players in the country. Other rankings might surprise readers.

Johntay Cook made the list of five-star players as the No. 24 overall player in the nation. Cook, whose film has seen some criticism from other sites, has the speed, quickness and route running ability to potentially see the field often this season. Rivals wrote of Cook, “He plays with confidence and swagger and he wants the ball in his hands no matter who he’s facing.”

Elsewhere, Anthony Hill made the list at No. 22. Adam Gorney said of Hill, “He can get in the backfield, take up lanes, engage the running back, play in space and shut down stretch.”
