Despite a team who has averaged over 77 points per game, it’s safe to assume very few of them were from free throws. Not only is their 67.3% free-throw shooting the third worst in their conference, it’s also No. 274 nationally. Yuck.
While they’ve been solid from the three (35.3%), the Wildcats were forced to shoot contested three-point shots which resulted in a combined 26 of 82 from the three-point range in their four losses (31.7%).
If they are forced to shoot contested three’s and need to make shots from the free-throw line, this one could get ugly.
