Texas Longhorn Football: Breaking down the depth chart for TCU

Texas has released its depth chart before hosting TCU. Jordan Whittington remains the only player out as Jake Smith is expected to return.

With Jake Smith back in the lineup, not as many tight ends should be used on Saturday. Cade Brewer remains the main guy for Mike Yurcich. Brayden Liebrock did not see any playing time last week and is still TE4. If Mike Yurcich continues to use 12 personnel, Brewer and Jared Wiley will be out on the field.

The Offensive Line

For the third consecutive week, the offensive line will remain the same. Tom Herman sounded off on the unit in his press conference on Monday, saying they played better than originally expected. Four of the five starting lineman allowed a sack against the Red Raiders, with Denzel Okafor protecting Ehlinger well. The offensive line will need to improve.
