Joseph Ossai, Jack:

Grade- 70.8

If there is one player that is going to see their grade improve in the 2020 season for the Longhorns, it is Joseph Ossai. He spent most of last season playing outside linebacker. Once defensive coordinator Todd Orlando was fired, Ossai moved to the ‘Jack” position for the Alamo Bowl and saw success.

Now, Ossai will be switching to the Jack position full time, being used primarily as a pass rusher. Ossai logged 3.0 sacks and 6.0 tackles for loss to end the season against Utah. If those performances become consistent, Ossai will be Texas’ highest-graded player next season.
