The Texas Longhorns will join the rest of the Big 12 conference for Media Days on July 14 in Arlington, TX. The conference will convene at its usual place, AT&T Stadium.
Bijan Robinson, DeMarvion Overshown, Ovie Oghoufo, and Roschon Johnson were elected to represent the team at media days. They will join head coach Steve Sarkisian answering questions on behalf of the team.
Not surprising, Robinson and Johnson will speak for the offense. Bijan is one of the nation’s preseason Heisman favorites, while Roschon is likely one of the most vocal leaders of the offense.
Ovie Oghoufo’s inclusion may provide insight into the team’s view of the edge rusher. At the very least the coaching staff trusts him to say the right things.

Texas evaded criticism at last year’s media days by announcing its departure for the SEC after speaking to the conference. Steve Sarkisian will likely face the hard questions at this year’s meeting.
