Texas is in good standing with one of the top recruits in the country for the 2025 class.
Four-star defensive lineman Nathaniel Marshall revealed the top 12 schools left in his recruitment on Monday. Texas made the cut alongside Michigan, Alabama, Miami, Florida, Penn State, USC, Ohio State, Oregon, Auburn, Tennessee and Illinois.
Marshall is ranked as the No. 3 defensive lineman in the country for the 2025 cycle and the No. 1 overall recruit in Illinois, according to On3.
He currently has official visits scheduled for Miami and Illinois. Texas will push to get Marshall on campus in the coming months.
