Texas A&M (15-8, 6-4 SEC) defeated No. 6 Tennessee (17-6, 7-3 SEC), 85-69, Saturday at Reed Arena in College Station, Texas.
The Aggies led, 42-28, at halftime and never trailed in the contest.
Tennessee trailed by as many as 22 points in the second half.
Dalton Knecht totaled 22 points, seven rebounds and two blocks, while Zakai Zeigler recorded 15 points, six rebounds, six assists and four steals for Tennessee in 40 minutes.
Jahmai Mashack finished with eight points, five rebounds and one assist, for Tennessee, which recorded a .371 field goal percentage, converting 23-of-62 field goal attempts.
Tyrece Radford led Texas A&M with 27 points. He also recorded five rebounds and five assists. Wade Taylor IV totaled 25 points, seven assists and three rebounds for the Aggies.
