The University of Tennessee has suffered a decommitment in its 2022 football recruiting class.
Defensive end Jimmy Scott announced his decommitment from the Vols on Wednesday.
He committed to Tennessee in August.

“After many conversations with my parents, I have made the decision to decommit from the University of Tennessee, and re-oopen my recruitment,” Scott said.
The 2022 prospect if from St. Francis High School in Hamburg, New York.
At the time of his commitment, Scott had Power Five offers from Arizona State, Arkansas, Boston College, Duke, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan State, Minnesota, North Carolina State, Ole Miss, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse and Texas A&M.
