No. 2 Tennessee (4-2) is competing in the Shriners Children’s Clearwater Invitational, Friday-Sunday, at Eddie C. Moore Complex in Clearwater, Florida.
The Lady Vols were scheduled to play two games on Saturday against Georgia Tech and UCLA.
Tennessee and Georgia Tech played three innings before rain halted play. The Lady Vols led Georgia Tech, 4-0, in the fourth inning.
Tennessee announced both games have been canceled on Saturday.
“With inclement weather in the forecast for the remainder of the day, all games have been canceled,” Tennessee announced. “We will be back in action tomorrow night at 8 p.m. EST against Florida State.”
