Tennessee basketball offers No. 1 2025 prospect in Michigan.

Tennessee offered a scholarship to 2025 four-star shooting guard Trey McKenney.

“Blessed to receive an offer from the University of Tennessee,” McKenney announced.

The 6-foot-4, 205-pound shooting guard is from St. Mary’s Prep in Orchard Lake, Michigan.

McKenney is the No. 10 overall prospect in the class of 2025. He ranks as the No. 5 shooting guard and No. 1 player in Michigan, according to On3 industry rankings.

McKenney earned second-team MaxPreps Freshman All-American honors last season, averaging 16.5 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. He was named to the Peach Jam All-Circuit Team at the Nike EYBL Peach Jam in July.

McKenney holds notable offers from Michigan State, Indiana, Ohio State, Rutgers, Michigan, Oregon and Memphis.
