Taryn McCutcheon becomes MSU Women’s Basketball All-Time Assists Leader

Michigan State point guard Taryn McCutcheon is the new MSU Women’s Basketball All-Time Assists leader.

In her last regular-season game for the Michigan State Women’s Basketball team, Taryn McCutcheon made history for the Spartans by becoming their All-Time Assists Leader in a 19 point win over Penn State at home on Senior Day. McCutcheon broke Kristin Haynie’s record of 574 assists.

McCutcheon has had a great season helming a strong MSU team this year. McCutcheon has been one of the best point guards in the Big Ten and has led the Spartans to a 16-13 record on the year.
