The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Coaches Poll is back.

In the first Division I poll of the 2019-20 spring season, the University of Texas women open up on top after receiving 15 first-place votes.

The Longhorns have done two things this season: win and finish third. They opened the season in third at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate, then won their next three events to close the fall. Head coach Ryan Murphy’s squad opened the spring with a third-place showing at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge.

Southern California are second, and received three first-place votes. Arizona State is in third, followed by Duke and Kent State.
