POLL: Who wins Week 1 game between Saints and Titans?

Who wins Week 1’s game between the New Orleans Saints and Tennessee Titans? Vote in our poll:

Time is of the essence for both teams at the Caesars Superdome this week, with the New Orleans Saints seeking to start Dennis Allen’s second year as their head coach with a win — and the Tennessee Titans hoping to keep pace in an AFC South suddenly full of promising young quarterbacks.

The 2023 regular season is finally here and kickoff is just days away. The Saints opened as 3-point home favorites per BetMGM, but this one might be too close to call. A worrisome number of NFL analysts would suggest that Derek Carr (the Saints’ new quarterback) and Ryan Tannehill (who the Titans drafted both Malik Willis and Will Levis to replace) are the same guy. Both teams have stout defenses, too, which further clouds the picture.

New Orleans hasn’t lost a Week 1 matchup since 2018 and Tennessee hasn’t won their season-opener since 2020, so something hast to give. Let us know who you’re picking to win in our poll embedded below.

2023 NFL draft poll: Vote for who the Patriots should take No. 14 overall

Who should the Patriots draft with the No. 14 overall pick?

The New England Patriots will have no shortage of options heading into the 2023 NFL draft.

They could keep their focus on rebuilding an offense that stunk to the highest of heavens last season, or they could continue beefing up their already talented defense.

Or, will they throw us a major curveball entirely by trading quarterback Mac Jones and going out and selecting a new player to star under center?

Bill Belichick has always been a coach that keeps his cards close to his chest, and there has been no greater example of that than the NFL draft. Take last year’s draft for example: No one expected him to spend a first-round draft pick on The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga offensive guard Cole Strange.

It was one of those out-of-left-field picks that has become the norm whenever the Patriots are on the clock. Will there be another one in store on Thursday night?

Vote in the poll below on who you think the Patriots should draft with the No. 14 overall pick.

Fan Poll: What is the Falcons’ top need going into 2023 draft?

VOTE: What is the #Falcons’ top remaining need going into the 2023 NFL draft?

The Atlanta Falcons have been all business thus far in free agency, but after signing Calais Campbell and Scotty Miller, it’s hard to see the team adding many more players before this year’s draft.

Since the Falcons have addressed most of their needs in free agency, they could go in a number of different directions with the No. 8 pick. So, what is the team’s biggest remaining need going into the 2023 NFL draft?

Vote: Should the Falcons target a QB in the 2023 NFL draft?

VOTE: Should the #Falcons select a QB in the first round of the 2023 NFL draft?

The 2023 NFL draft class is considerably deeper at the quarterback position than it was last year. Alabama QB Bryce Young and Ohio State’s C.J. Stroud are considered top-10 locks, but after the 2023 Scouting Combine, one could argue that Anthony Richardson and Will Levis are in the mix as well.

The Atlanta Falcons hold the No. 8 overall pick again in 2023. Should the team look to draft a quarterback? Vote in our Falcons fan poll below!

VOTE: Who should the Falcons hire as defensive coordinator?

#Falcons Fan Poll: Vote on who you think the team should hire as defensive coordinator

As we approach conference championship Sunday in the NFL, the Atlanta Falcons are still without a defensive coordinator. The search for Dean Pees’ replacement has been a thorough one thus far, with names like Brian Flores, Vic Fangio, Ryan Nielsen and Steve Wilks all potentially in the mix.

But who do the fans want to see as Atlanta’s new defensive coordinator? We’re asking our readers to cast their vote in our latest Falcons fan poll below!

Taysom Hill and Tyrann Mathieu are the only viable Saints Pro Bowl candidates

Taysom Hill and Tyrann Mathieu are the Saints’ only viable Pro Bowl candidates. New Orleans doesn’t have any other players ranked top-10 in votes at their position:

Yikes. The NFL announced the leaders in Pro Bowl voting this week, and we didn’t see a single New Orleans Saints player lead their position group — a big fall from what’s been the case before, when the Saints sent more players than any team to the all-star game. The NFL is retooling the event into something more entertaining than a half-speed scrimmage, but the recognition still matters. And there aren’t many viable options for New Orleans.

Only two players currently ranked inside the top-10 at their positions when results were updated on Monday, per NewOrleans.Football’s Nick Underhill: safety Tyrann Mathieu (a three-time Pro Bowler with a strong brand) and nominal tight end Taysom Hill (who does a lot more than most players listed at his position). That’s it. No Cameron Jordan, no Alvin Kamara, no Marshon Lattimore, and no Chris Olave.

It’s disappointing, but that’s their season so far. Jordan is showing his age. Kamara hasn’t been as effective as in the past. Lattimore has missed more games with injury (7) than he’s played (5). Olave is buried at maybe the strongest position group in the NFL, and it’ll take a few years for him to elbow his way into these conversations.

The best teams typically draw the most attention, and the Saints are far from a contender this year. It is what it is. Voting on social media opens up Thursday, Dec. 1 (in addition to ongoing voting on the NFL.com website) and closes two weeks later on Thursday, Dec. 15. Here’s how you can participate on Twitter:

“Starting December 1, fans will also be able to vote directly on Twitter for the final two weeks of Pro Bowl Games Vote. To cast a Twitter vote, fans should tweet the first and last name of the player, the player’s official Twitter handle, or a hashtag including the player’s first and last name. All three of these methods must include the hashtag #ProBowlVote.”
