No. 4 Georgia is absolutely sticking it to No. 7 Auburn tonight in Athens.

Midway through the third, the Dawgs lead 24-0 following yet another touchdown run by Zamir White. That’s his second of the evening.

That run would not have been possible, though, without this 49 yard connection between Stetson Bennett and his favorite target of the night Kearis Jackson.

This was Jackson’s sixth reception of the game and he now has 102 yards in the first quarter.

That led to this.

Georgia RB James Cook runs to locker room with apparent hand/wrist injury

Georgia football RB James Cook left for the locker room with an injury during the UGA vs Auburn game.

James Cook is having one of the best games we’ve seen from the junior running back.

Through one quarter and some change, Cook has 5 carries for 41 yards.

However, following a 16 yard run, Cook entered the locker room with what looked like an apparent wrist or hand injury.

It did not look like anything too severe as he was moving fine and did so under his own power.

We will keep you updated as we hear more.
