Quinn Ewers finished the half strong after a shaky first quarter, going 13-30 and 163 yards.
Iowa State has played Texas aggressively so far by sending multiple rushers on defense and not letting Ewers time to throw.

There is still plenty of time left for Texas to adjust, but Steve Sarkisian must figure out how to get the offense rolling.
