Superstar wide receiver Quentin Johnston will play against Texas on Saturday night per Sonny Dykes.
The TCU pass catcher has been nursing an ankle injury throughout the week but he is ready to go for this marquee matchup.
Johnston is enjoying a breakout season for the Horned Frogs. He has hauled in 42 passes for 650 yards and four touchdowns on the year. NFL scouts project Johnston to hear his name called in the first round of the upcoming NFL Draft.
Max Duggan loves to stretch the field with his 6-foot-4 wideout. Johnston is averaging over 15 yards per catch with a long of 55 yards. The threat of Johnston going downfield opens up the rest of the TCU offense.
Texas’ defense will have its hands full trying to slow down Johnston and TCU’s dynamic passing attack.
TCU head coach Sonny Dykes just said WR Quentin Johnston will play tonight against Texas.
