10 players trending up so far at Packers training camp

All the players trending in the right direction at this point in Packers training camp.

The Green Bay Packers will kick off the preseason schedule on Friday in San Francisco. After two weeks of training camp practice, it’s time for Matt LaFleur’s team to hit players wearing different helmets and uniforms.

Some players on the 90-man roster used the first dozen or so practices to elevate their stock, whether it’s positioning themselves for a bigger role, a starting job or getting off the roster bubble.

The crew here at Packers Wire put together a list of players trending up during Packers training camp so far:

These eight programs are trending up.

The college football offseason provides teams with multiple ways to improve their programs.

Teams like Michigan State and Baylor look to build off of breakout 2021 seasons while programs like LSU and USC have optimism they will bounce back with new head coaches. Along with Lincoln Riley, the Trojans added the top-rated transfer in the portal in former Oklahoma Sooner quarterback Caleb Williams.

Texas A&M cleaned up on the 2021 recruiting trail, signing the No. 1 class of all time. The Aggies class included a whopping seven five-star prospects.

Texas made headlines with the acquisition of a talented group of transfers with former five-star quarterback Quinn Ewers. The Longhorns also finished strong on the recruiting trail, ending with the No. 5 class in the country. Not to mention the Horns return Bijan Robinson and Xavier Worthy from last year’s squad.

Many schools feel like their future is going in the right direction. Here is a list of eight teams whose stock is currently on the rise this offseason:

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Denver Broncos on the road to solidify a finish of no less than the AFC’s No. 2 seed. The clutch plays went Kansas City’s way on both sides of the ball to steal the 28-24 victory.
