San Antonio Spurs Injury Report vs. Clippers: Devin Vassell is AVAILABLE

Check out the San Antonio Spurs injury report ahead of their game against the LA Clippers.

The San Antonio Spurs have been struggling as of late. Their current losing streak has hit nine games following a 3-2 start to the season, placing them at 3-11, which is tied for the worst record in the Western Conference. Victor Wembanyama has gone through some rookie struggles, but as a whole, the team just hasn’t been putting things together on either end of the court.

On Wednesday night, they will welcome the new-look LA Clippers to town, headlined by James Harden. The Clippers have now won two games in a row after some initial struggles post-Harden trade, but the Spurs will be hoping to slow them down.

The Spurs injury report ahead of their game against the Clippers has been revealed, so let’s take a look.

San Antonio Spurs Injury Report vs. Kings: Devin Vassell OUT, Tre Jones DOUBTFUL, Keldon Johnson QUESTIONABLE

The San Antonio Spurs injury report vs. the Sacramento Kings has been revealed, and Devin Vassell, Tre Jones, and Keldon Johnson are listed.

The San Antonio Spurs injury report for their Friday night game against the Sacramento Kings has been revealed. Devin Vassell is OUT, Tre Jones is DOUBTFUL to play, and Keldon Johnson is QUESTIONABLE for the contest. Vassell has left adductor tightness, Jones is dealing with a right hamstring strain, and Johnson has right knee soreness. Sandro Mamukelashvili is PROBABLE to play with mid back tightness.

Vassell missed two games earlier this season, and if Jones ends up sitting out vs. the Kings, it will mark his third absence in a row. Meanwhile, Johnson missed the Spurs’ last game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

As for the Kings, they have a few players listed on the injury report as well.

Trey Lyles and Alex Len are both OUT for the game against the Spurs. Lyles is dealing with a left calf strain and has yet to appear in a game this season, while Len will be missing his second game in a row due to a right high ankle sprain. Jordan Ford (two-way) and Colby Jones are both on assignment in the G League and will not be available vs. San Antonio.

Sacramento is just 6-4 on the season but is riding a four-game winning streak that they will hope to extend to five against a Spurs squad that is reeling.

The Spurs will head into this game, led by a healthy Victor Wembanyama and Jeremy Sochan, looking to snap a six-game losing streak.

After their most recent loss, an embarrassing effort against the Thunder, head coach Gregg Popovich lit into his team, stating that while they may be young, they need to have a bit more pride.

San Antonio Spurs Injury Report vs. Heat: Tre Jones QUESTIONABLE

Check out the San Antonio Spurs’ injury report for their Sunday night contest against the Miami Heat.

Ahead of the San Antonio Spurs’ game against the Miami Heat on Sunday night, there is only one player listed on the injury report with an ailment. Tre Jones is QUESTIONABLE to play vs. the Heat as he is currently dealing with right hamstring tightness. Jones has appeared in all nine of the Spurs’ games so far this season.

In addition to Jones, the Spurs are listing multiple players as out for the game due to G League assignment. All three of the team’s two-way players – Dominick Barlow, Sir’Jabari Rice, and Charles Bediako – are all on assignment. Rookie Sidy Cissoko is also out on G League assignment.

As of 1:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, the Heat have not yet submitted their injury report for the game. That said, the Heat’s injury report for their game on Monday night against the Atlanta Hawks was a lengthy one.

Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro, Caleb Martin, and RJ Hampton all missed the game, while Kevin Love, Duncan Robinson, Dru Smith, and Nikola Jovic were also all listed.

Butler missed the game due to personal reasons, so it’s unclear whether or not he’ll be back to play the Spurs. Herro is dealing with a right ankle sprain and Martin was listed as out due to left knee tendonitis.

The Spurs are just 3-6 on the season, but they could have a chance to make some noise against a potentially banged-up Heat team. That said, it will all depend on how many players are available for Miami on Sunday night.

San Antonio Spurs Injury Report vs. Knicks: Devin Vassell OUT, Keldon Johnson PROBABLE

Check out the injury report ahead of the San Antonio Spurs’ game against the New York Knicks.

Ahead of their contest against the New York Knicks, the San Antonio Spurs injury report includes a couple of key playersDevin Vassell is listed as DOUBTFUL, while Keldon Johnson is listed as PROBABLE. In addition, Charles Bediako and Sir’Jabari Rice, the Spurs’ two-way players, are unavailable as they are in the G League. Sidy Cissoko is also on assignment in the G League.

Vassell exited the Spurs’ game last Thursday against the Phoenix Suns with left groin tightness, and he is now listed on the injury report with a left adductor strain. As for Johnson, he is currently dealing with left wrist soreness.

The Knicks are listing nobody on their injury report ahead of the contest on Wednesday night.

San Antonio will be looking to bounce back from a brutal loss at the hands of the Indiana Pacers where they got blown out by a score of 152-111. Johnson appeared in that game, putting up 16 points, three rebounds, and three assists while shooting 6-of-12 from the floor.

The Spurs are currently 3-4 on the season. However, San Antonio currently lays claim to the worst point differential in the NBA at a -79, but a large portion of that was because of their 123-83 loss to the LA Clippers earlier this season.

Meanwhile, the Knicks are also 3-4, but they have a point differential of +14.

As the Spurs look to bounce back from their loss to Indiana, they will likely be doing so without Vassell, looking for big performances from Victor Wembanyama, Tre Jones, and the rest of their lineup.
