The South Carolina Gamecocks (4-3, 1-3 SEC) travel to meet the No. 17 Texas A&M Aggies (5-2, 2-2 SEC) Saturday at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the LSU vs. Ole Miss odds and lines, and make our expert college football picks, predictions and bets.
The Gamecocks picked up their first conference win, barely scraping by Vanderbilt 21-20 at home Oct. 16. On the road, USC is 0-2/1-1 ATS in conference, and the Over is 2-0 in two SEC road outings.
The Aggies followed up their monumental upset of Alabama by thumping Missouri in Columbia, winning 35-14 as 11.5-point favorites. No letdown there. A&M has covered back-to-back games for the first time this season.

South Carolina at Texas A&M odds, lines, picks and predictions
Prediction
Texas A&M 38, South Carolina 13
Money line
Texas A&M (-1400) isn’t going to have a letdown against South Carolina, which has a rather moribund offense. The Gamecocks are scoring a paltry 21.9 PPG, good for 109th in the nation out of 130 FBS teams.
Still, risking 14 times your potential winnings is not a good long-term betting strategy.
AVOID.
Against the spread
TEXAS A&M -19.5 (-110) is the lean here, although the Aggies could struggle to put points on the board against South Carolina and its effective D. The Gamecocks are allowing just 324.3 total yards per game, including 172.3 passing yards per outing. That ranks 12th in the nation, so the Aggies will need a running game rather than relying on QB Zach Calzada and the pass attack.
I am confident A&M will solve South Carolina. If the Aggies can beat ‘Bama, they certainly can push past a team that barely topped Vandy.
Over/Under
OVER 44.5 (-120) is the play. In this day and age of college football, this is an ultra-low line. It’s set this way because of South Carolina’s flagging offense and sturdy defense. The Aggies are averaging 38.0 PPG across the past two games, and they’ll do most of the heavy lifting here, with a chance to even take care of the Over all on their own.
