Peyton and Eli recruited Robert Downey Jr., Michael Bublè, Livvy Dunne and more for their ‘ManningCast’ musical for the 2024 NFL season.
Peyton and Eli Manning are set to return for a fourth season of the ManningCast this fall and they are pulling out all the stops to promote their alternate broadcast of select Monday Night Football games.
Omaha Productions, the company behind Peyton’s media adventures, has released a 10-minute promo ahead of the 2024 NFL season titled, “ManningCast: The Musical.”
The promo starts with the Mannings getting permission from Disney CEO Bob Iger for a one-night show. After winning Super Bowls and Emmys, the Mannings now sought a Tony Award.
Just as they do for the ManningCast, Peyton and Eli recruited big stars for the video including Robert Downey Jr., Snoop Dogg, Michael Bublè, Kevin Hart, Paris Hilton, Bill Belichick, Livvy Dunne and Bill Burr.
Jason Kelce and coaches Andy Reid, Mike McDaniel and Sean McVay are among the NFL stars who also make appearances, and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell attempts to foil the act throughout.
You can watch the 10-minute video below:
Peyton and Eli will provide commentary on 12 alternate MNF broadcasts this fall on ESPN2 and ESPN+.
Production for the promo began at the Pro Bowl in February, according to Deadline.com’s Dade Hayes. Filming of the musical section took place Kent Denver School’s Anschutz Theater in Colorado.
While taking in some of this year’s track and field events at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Team USA women’s gymnastics superstar Simone Biles shared something absolutely fascinating with Snoop Dogg.
Biles told Snoop Dogg that she’s “never watched any other event before, so this is my first time.” Of course, that surprised the rap legend since Biles is such a monumental figure in Olympics history.
As she’s always been very busy with her gymnastics events, it makes sense that Biles has a busy schedule at any Olympic Games.
However, that this was the first time she’d ever just sat back, relaxed and enjoyed an Olympic sport as a spectator is absolutely wild.
If this really is the last time Biles competes at the Olympics, maybe she’ll have more time in the future to enjoy the Games from the stands.
Billie Eilish, Red Hot Chili Peppers and, of course, Olympics stalwart Snoop Dogg will all reportedly be part of the Closing Ceremony to finish out the latest edition of the Olympic Summer Games.
That is truly great news for everyone involved because Snoop Dogg is genuinely fantastic in not only the recording studio but in the broadcasting booth as well.
Just listen to him describe the highlights of this thrilling badminton rally between USA and China and you will see exactly why he is perfect for this job:
“Oh I love this badminton right here. This is a great rally here between China and the U.S. right here. As you see, it don’t stop ’till the casket drop. They rockin’ and rollin’ back and forth. Give me that. No, I need that. Nope, over here. No, over there. What about over there? Nope. What about over there? Nope. Give me that. I need that. That too. Nope, sit down. Wait a minute. Way up in the sky. Now down. Back up. Over there. Now over here. Get out the way. Move. I told you. We need that.”
This is a man who speaks in such rhythmic brilliance that he was built for this moment. Keep him on TV!
The United States won its first gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics on Saturday.
The United States won its first golds medal of the 2024 Paris Olympics on Saturday in the men’s 4×100-meter freestyle relay.
The gold medal-winning USA freestyle relay team included swimmers like Caeleb Dressel, Hunter Armstrong, Jack Alexy and Chris Guiliano.
The four-person team topped the eight-country field in this year’s 4x100M freestyle relay, with Australia earning the silver and Italy earning the bronze.
This is Dressel’s eighth-straight Olympic gold medal in competition, as he’s eight-for-eight in his Olympic career.
The freestyle relay win helps the United States early in its quest to top the globe in total medals earned, and the first gold medals won at any Olympic Games for any country are always special.

The men's 4x100m freestyle relay secures Team USA's first gold medal of the #ParisOlympics!
Outside of the thrilling Team USA victory, the reactions to the win were just as wonderful.
NBC captured reactions from Olympic swimming legend Michael Phelps in the network’s studio, and rap legend Snoop Dogg and Meghan Dressel, Caleb’s wife, in the stands. All three really are picture perfect.
Snoop Dogg said he plans to smoke the competition for NBC.
Welcome to FTW Explains, a guide to catching up on and better understanding stuff going on in the world. This is FTW Explains: The Olympics.
Snoop Dogg is mostly known as a musician but he is also a man who wears many hats, which also includes an involvement with the Olympics.
The legendary Long Beach rapper, who has been nominated for 17 Grammy Awards and has won a Primetime Emmy Award during his illustrious career, is the ultimate multi-hyphenate.
Now spanning more than three decades in the public eye, he is as popular and recognizable today as ever. After selling more than 35 million albums around the world, fans will get another chance to watch him enjoy continued success as more than just a musician.
Snoop had a show for the Tokyo Olympics
Snoop Dogg is a massive sports fan, showing a particular affinity for teams based in Southern California.
Some of his favorite teams include the Lakers, Dodgers, USC Trojans and Pittsburgh Steelers. He also roots for several hockey teams and he even joined an investment group to buy the Ottawa Senators, although it was not successful.
He is a football coach, as featured in the Netflix documentary Coach Snoop, and operates the Snoop Youth Football League in Los Angeles.
NBCUniversal announced that he will provide regular updates for the network during the 2024 Paris Olympics. That includes on-air time with NBC’s Mike Tirico during prime time coverage.
“I grew up watching the Olympics and am thrilled to see the incredible athletes bring their A-game to Paris. It’s a celebration of skill, dedication, and the pursuit of greatness,” said Snoop Dogg. “We’re going to have some amazing competitions and, of course, I will be bringing that Snoop style to the mix. It’s going to be the most epic Olympics ever, so stay tuned, and keep it locked. Let’s elevate, celebrate, and make these games unforgettable, smoke the competition, and may the best shine like gold. Peace and Olympic LOVE, ya dig?”
Snoop recently ran the 200-meter sprint at 2024 US Olympic Track & Field Trials in Eugene, Oregon.
He will also get an opportunity to carry the Olympic torch in Paris ahead of the opening ceremony as well.
We don’t really need to understand why Snoop Dogg was in the broadcast booth for Saturday’s Cincinnati Reds and Minnesota Twins game. We’re just glad that it happened.
His appearance on the game broadcast was absolutely wonderful, particularly the way he reacted to Reds superstar Elly De La Cruz throwing out a Twins runner before he got to first base.
Snoop Dogg did not think that De La Cruz could make the play on Minnesota’s Brice Turang after the latter got a nice hit down the middle of the field.
However, De La Cruz has made a career so far out of making incredible highlights seem easy. Of course he threw Turang out with ease.
Snoop Dogg couldn’t believe it, which made his commentary all the more fantastic.
Snoop Dogg reacting to Luka Doncic’s NSFW taunting at an NBA fan was priceless.
Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic responded to taunting from a Minnesota Timberwolves fan on Thursday night with a pretty epic, NSFW taunt of his own.
After he got a two-point shot and drew a foul, Doncic yelled something very funny and very inappropriate at an NBA fan in the stands who was taunting the Mavs player earlier in the game, per The Dallas Morning News’ Mike Curtis.
While the TNT broadcast thought the Doncic taunt was aimed at Snoop Dogg, the legendary rapper just happened to be within earshot of Doncic and had a delightful reaction on the sideline to the exchange.
"Here's the move by Luka, the contact, the and one and the words between Luka and one of the greatest rappers to ever get it done, Snoop Dogg."
