Rashee Rice, Chiefs WRs support Travis Kelce with unique shirts during pre-game warmups

Rashee Rice and members of the #Chiefs’ receiving corps showed their support for star TE Travis Kelce with unique shirts during warmups.

The Kansas City Chiefs are warming up at SoFi Stadium ahead of their Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, and eagle-eyed fans spotted something unique as the defending champions loosened up.

Kansas City’s wide receivers seem to be offering some moral support to star tight end Travis Kelce, who has gotten off to a slow start in the Chiefs’ 2024 regular season campaign.

Perhaps hoping to help his production rebound against the Chargers, Kansas City’s pass-catchers wore Kelce-themed shirts as they went through their pre-game routines.

Check out these pictures of the shirts, which were posted to Twitter by CBS Sports Lead NFL Reporter Tracy Wolfson:

Though it appears that there weren’t enough shirts for rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy to get in on the gag, Rashee Rice was among the Chiefs spotted wearing the supportive garb on the sideline.

Stay tuned to see if this pre-game ritual helps Kelce get back on track against Los Angeles this weekend.

Coors Light launches ‘Dad Bod’ shirts inspired by Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes

Coors Light launched a line of “Dad Bod” shirts inspired by Kansas City #Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has seen many triumphs, including three Super Bowl titles and two league MVP awards. Although he still faces criticism from spectators throughout the seasons, his most recent call-out revolves around his self-proclaimed “Dad Bod”.

Earlier this year, Mahomes was caught with his shirt off, and much to the surprise of some commentators, he wasn’t sporting the athletic figure most expected. The reigning three-time Super Bowl MVP responded jokingly, saying: “I have a six-pack; it’s just under the dad bod. If you feel — there might be some skin there, but then underneath that, the six-pack is there. You just gotta get real close and squint a little bit. I think you’ll see it.”

Inspired by the Coors Light super fan, Coors Light is launching two new Dad Bod T-shirts in partnership with Mahomes. The t-shirts are available for pre-order now for a limited time while supplies last on CoorsLight.com for $25, with proceeds going to 15 and the Mahomies Foundation, Patrick Mahomes’ charity.

Mahomes wore his new shirt while golfing with celebs & athletes at the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Golf Classic over the weekend, proclaiming the dad bods were “rolling strong”.

As he prepares to return on the field later this year to defend another Super Bowl title, it appears Mahomes is focused on being the most famous “Dad Bod” in football.

This dissatisfied Saints fan plans to give away ‘Fire Dennis Allen’ shirts at Panthers game

This dissatisfied Saints fan plans to distribute 500 free ‘Fire Dennis Allen’ shirts at Week 14’s Panthers game:

It’s safe to say that many New Orleans Saints fans aren’t happy with the state of their team under head coach Dennis Allen. After averaging 11.6 wins per season in the last five years with Sean Payton at the helm, fans have watched the Saints win just a dozen games through Allen’s two years on the job. Calls for Allen to be fired from his post have spread among Saints fan communities on social media.

And that message has come to the Caesars Superdome. One enterprising Saints fan, Jonathan Jeanice, announced that he plans to distribute 500 shirts reading “Fire Dennis Allen” before kickoff with the Carolina Panthers this Sunday. He’s also using the shirts to promote Louisiana-based animal welfare organizations including K9 Rouge Rescue and Heroes Everywhere Animal Rescue.

This isn’t the first time Jeanice has done this; he distributed shirts before last week’s loss to the Detroit Lions, too. The Who Dat Nation is known for voicing their support and opinions on creative signs in the stands each week. Now some of them will be wearing their opinions, too.

Saints debut custom gear for fans in ‘Animal Crossing: New Horizons’

The New Orleans Saints released customized hats and shirts for fans to wear in Nintendo’s popular video game Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Many video game fans have embraced stay-at-home orders due to the novel coronavirus by turning to the recently-released “Animal Crossing: New Horizons,” exploring deserted islands while gardening and fishing from the comfort of their own homes. Cognizant of that, the New Orleans Saints released several customized apparel options their fans can use to show their loyalty in-game.

It’s a cool move for something of a niche audience, though the game’s popularity can’t be understated. The game itself is breaking sales records, while its platform (the Nintendo Switch) has been sold-out nationwide, leading Nintendo to scramble in an effort to resupply retailers.

Interested fans with a Nintendo membership can now wear jerseys representing Saints superstars like Drew Brees (using the Design ID “GOAT”), Michael Thomas (“CantGuardMike”), and Cameron Jordan (“CamJordan94”), as well as a Saints hat (“Geaux Saints”). So be sure to log on and represent your Saints fandom.

Saints celebrate division win, but acknowledge ‘The South Is Not Enough’

The New Orleans Saints won their third straight NFC South title, but their celebratory shirts carry a slogan downplaying the accomplishment.

The New Orleans Saints clinched the 2019 NFC South division title in Thursday night’s win over the Atlanta Falcons, earning the playoff berth and celebratory shirts and hats that came with it. It was New Orleans’ third consecutive division win, tying the Carolina Panthers’ run from 2013 to 2015 for the best streak in NFC South history.

But this isn’t new territory for the Saints. They’ve already experienced this regular season success, and they have bigger goals in mind than just a division crown. The playoffs tournament and Super Bowl LIV are where they’re focused, and this year’s slogan illustrates that.

After the game, the Saints debuted new gear celebrating their latest NFC South championship, with a bold new message reading: “The South Is Not Enough.” See them for yourself:
