For the third time this season, Crews has been named SEC Player of the Week.

For the third time this season, [autotag]Dylan Crews[/autotag] has been named SEC Player of the Week.

Crews had a nearly immaculate week in four games last week as he finished with a batting average of .429 as he went 6-for-14 with two homers, eight RBI, and five runs scored.

If you take the loss to Nicholls State out of the equation and only focus on the Alabama series, Crews has a .545 batting average as he went 6-for-11 with two homers, eight RBI, and five runs scored as the Tigers swept the Crimson Tide in an offensive onslaught on the bayou.

Crews has now reached base in 47 straight games. He has been on base in all 42 games this season plus the last four games last season.

Crews is projected to be the No. 1 draft pick in the 2023 MLB draft, going just ahead of his star teammate, pitcher [autotag]Paul Skenes[/autotag].

LSU travels to Southeastern Louisana tomorrow night as they look to win their first midweek game in three weeks.
