As the dust settles in the first weekend of college football, it is time dissect some of the things we saw. Most recently, Spartan fans are feeling a little down after former WR Keon Coleman had a big first game for Florida State in his debut. While not having Coleman isn’t ideal, it is not something Michigan State football fans should be extremely worried about.

Michigan State recruited a huge haul of wide receivers in the 2022 recruiting class, and with the trio still remaining at the school, having one year under their belt, they are poised to have a big season for Michigan State:

Michigan State football gets NLI from WR Jaron Glover

Sarasota WR Jaron Glover has signed his NLI and will officially become a Spartan

Jaron Glover made a trip to East Lansing alongside Katin Houser, both uncommitted at the time, but both being blown away and then committing to Michigan State. Six months later, Glover has signed his national letter of intent.

The Spartans fended off Florida State in this recruitment after Glover took a visit to Tallahassee this fall. MSU also defeated Indiana and Tennessee in this recruitment.
