247Sports composite rates Cook as the No. 6 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 6 overall player in the state of Texas. Chris Singletary of 247Sports believes Cook has a high ceiling at the next level.
This 2-sport athlete who also competes in track and field, still has some growth left within his skills and overall game. Putting up very good numbers as a junior where he accounted for 38 catches and 806 yards for a 21.2 ypc average as well as 19 touchdowns. By his production you understand that he is a threat anytime he is on the field. Being a starter once he gets to college as well as a all-conference performer and goals that he can definitely achieve.
