Photos: Atlanta’s Cam Reddish joins Steph Curry at offseason workout

During an offseason workout, the Golden State Warriors two-time MVP Stephen Curry was joined by Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Cam Reddish.

After missing all but five games during the 2019-2020 campaign, Stephen Curry is in the gym preparing for the start of the upcoming NBA season.

Before Curry makes his highly anticipated return to Steve Kerr’s rotation at San Francisco’s Chase Center, the two-time Most Valuable Player is working on his game with fellow members of the NBA.

Earlier in the week, photographer Jordan Jimenez shared a series of photos featuring Curry and other members from the Golden State Warriors at the gym. Eric Paschall, Marquese Chriss, Juan Toscano-Anderson, Kevon Looney and Alen Smailagic were some of the Warriors training with the six-time All-Star point guard. Along with Curry’s teammates, free-agent veteran Jeremy Lin was spotted on the court for the offseason workout.

Before joining the rest of his teammates at Golden State’s preseason training camp in early December, Curry was back in the gym with a former top 10 draft pick.

In round-two of offseason workouts, Jimenez shared photos of the Golden State point guard working with Cam Reddish of the Atlanta Hawks.

After being drafted by the Hawks out of Duke with the No. 10 overall pick last year, Reddish averaged 10.5 points on 38.4% shooting from the field with 3.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. During his rookie season, Reddish shot 33.2% on 4.3 attempts from beyond the arc per contest.

In his only appearance against the Warriors last season, Reddish tallied eight points on 3-of-10 shooting from the field with four rebounds, an assist, block and steal in 24 minutes.

If Reddish aims to improve his shooting as a sophomore in the NBA, taking notes from one of the Splash Brothers isn’t a bad place to start.
