When the Wisconsin Badgers returned to the field last weekend against Michigan, they did so without several key players due to the Big Ten’s COVID-19 return to play protocol.
Their 49-11 win, arguably, looks even more impressive now when you consider the team was without their top cornerback, starting defensive end, left guard, running back and more.
Sitting at 2-0 on the season now, and getting set to travel on Saturday to face off against the 4-0 and No. 19-ranked Northwestern Wildcats, Paul Chryst and his team are getting set to get players back on the field that were still working through the protocol.
After hearing what Chryst and his assistants said this week in their press conferences, here’s who could be returning to action for Wisconsin this weekend:
