It won’t be hard to watch the New Orleans Saints in their preseason games later this summer: the NFL announced that 23 exhibition games will be featured on NFL Network national broadcasts this year, including each of the Saints’ first two matchups. Their third and final preseason game will be shown nationally on FOX.
The first Saints preseason game on NFL Network is scheduled for a 12 p.m. CT/1 p.m. ET kickoff on Sunday, Aug. 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs at the Caesars Superdome.
One week later, they’ll be featured on NFL Network again for a game with the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium at 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET on Sunday, Aug. 20. The Saints currently plan to share the practice field with the Chargers for a few days leading up to this exhibition game.
Preseason games are typically subject to local blackouts on NFL Network, but regional affiliates like FOX 8 in the New Orleans mark and FOX 25 on the Mississippi Gulf Coast should carry the game. Stay tuned as these decisions are finalized in the months ahead.
